Day 1: Welcome to Costa Rica!
Arrive into San José, Costa Rica, where our “Meet and Greet” service will take you to your private transfer. You will be staying at the fully equipped Monaco Condominiums in Jaco, Costa Rica.
Day 2: Ready for Some Offshore Fishing?
Today will be your first full day of fishing from 7 am – 4 pm. You and the La Patrona Team would like to catch big game fish such as marlin and sailfish. Early departures are recommended.
Day 3: Let’s Fish!
Heading out for your second full day of fishing. This day can be a combination of Offshore and bottom fishing to bring some dinner back or deep-sea fishing for blue, black or striped Marlin, Dorado, wahoo and yellow Fin Tunas.
Day 4: Let’s Go Inshore Fishing!
Heading out for your third full day of fishing. This day can be pure Inshore fishing for RoosterFish.
Day 5: Free day to Explore
Take today to relax and explore Jaco, the local beaches, shopping and tours. We highly recommend a visit to Manuel Antonio National Park.

Day 6: Head Home
Today we will be transferring you by private Van back to San Jose for your flight home.

Sailfish are also thought to be the fastest fish in the entire ocean, reaching speeds up to 68 mph, so when you hook one you’re going to have a great fight on your hands!

You will stay in one of the condos at Ibis Resort, a gated condo building that consists of ten units on three floors and is located at the edge of a natural reserve. Ibis #5 is located on the second floor and it is the one in the photos below, depending on occupancy you may stay in a similar unit.
Our units feature:
- Bright and breezy indoor and outdoor common areas.
- The kitchen is fully equipped.
- Full en-suite baths in each of the two luxury bedrooms.
- Teak ceilings and woodwork, travertine floors, and custom Costa Rican furniture.
- Central air, high speed WiFi, cable television, an in-home laundry facility, and gated parking beside the building.
- Meals not included.
